(“WPCBC”). BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION The booking will be confirmed by WPCBC Admin. DAMAGES, CLEANING COSTS & DFES CALL OUT The Hirer remains responsible for any loss or damages caused by them or any of their guests. This includes the cost of a call out by DFES ($920) due to candles being lit or any open flames. General cleaning costs are included in the costs of the Hire Fee, however additional cleaning fees may be charged if the function has created cleaning requirements above and beyond normal cleaning. Pack-up MUST be completed by the evening of your wedding day including everything re-set as per pack-up instructions, and all items removed from the church building. ROOM DECORATION Within reason, decorations for function rooms are left up to the discretion of the Hirer. Times for setup must be arranged with WPCBC Admin - setup and pickup times for decoration and equipment delivery should occur during normal WPCBC office hours (9am – 4pm Mon-Fri). Someone involved in your wedding should be present to receive any deliveries on your behalf. Please note that if any damage is caused, you are liable for payment to fix and/or clean the premises. NOT ALLOWED: Smoking Alcohol Confetti Lit Candles / any open flames Items affixed to walls, ceilings or acoustic panels Obstruction of fire exits SONG COPYRIGHT Please confirm all song and music choices with WPCBC Admin before the wedding to ensure that copyright requirements are met. If you want to play recorded music/songs, WPCBC has a licence to cover this, however, you must supply an MP3 version of the song that you have purchased. Our license DOES NOT ALLOW US to use or play streamed music (eg. Spotify). AUDIOVISUAL AND SOUND TECHNICIANS *Only trained WPCBC personnel are authorised to operate the sound and audiovisual equipment.
