What is the Maintenance fund? 

It’s been more than 10 years since our last major renovation of the building downstairs.  Our building is heavily used throughout the week and it’s starting to show sign of wear and tear.

In the next few years we will need to undertake some larger maintenance projects, including:

  • Repair car park surface and kerbing
  • Upgrade security cameras and car park lighting
  • Paint building (internal & external)
  • Replace carpet
  • Replace air-conditioning units

It is difficult to include funding for these items in our general budget so we want to fund raise separate for them.

How much do we need to raise? 

We are aiming to raise $200,000 by 2027
